George Flemming - President and Chief Executive Officer

George was appointed President and CEO of Plains in April 2011 and prior thereto assisted in the development of Plains’ predecessor company, Rotex Energy. He has over 15 years of legal and investment banking experience. At Canaccord Capital Corporation, George rose to the role of Director in the Investment Banking division, and was responsible for oilfield services coverage. Prior to Canaccord, George practiced corporate and securities law for several years.

Kevin Baumann - Vice President, Business Development

Kevin is a founder of Rotex Energy, a predecessor company to Plains, and has extensive experience in the oilfield waste management industry.Over almost thirty years Kevin has built up and sold a number of successful oilfield waste companies including K.Baumann Resources Ltd. (sold to Newalta in 1988), Edson Oil Cleaning (sold to CCS in 1995) and Producers Disposal Services (sold to Moveitonline Inc. in 2003 then Deepwell Energy Services Trust).

Greg Beddoes - Chief Operating Officer

Greg has over 30 years experience in industry including oilfield services, oilsands and upstream oil and gas operations. Greg is the former Special Projects Co-Coordinator with Bonus Resource Services Corp. and was the founding President and CEO of Reliance Services Group Ltd. He was also the President and founder of Canstar Environmental Projects Ltd. which provided drilling waste disposal, site reclamation and pre-site inspection services to the oil and gas industry.

Brian Hillier - Vice President

Brian has over 15 years of corporate and management experience and is a member of the Saskatchewan Professional Marketing Association and the Saskatchewan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs board. He has coupled these experiences with an extensive formal education including an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. In his spare time, Brian both teaches as a sessional instructor at the University of Regina, and coach’s student business teams to compete in national competitions.

Gerald Feschuk - Co-Founder

Gerald has 25 years of professional engineering experience in the private and public sectors, including upstream and midstream operations. Gerald has done management of environmental and regulatory affairs, environmental consulting and regulatory policy work for the government of Alberta. He has previously built and managed a successful oilfield waste facility in Northern Alberta.
